Pickle Square Privacy Notice

Your information is protected. It is stored securely and sent over an encrypted connection. We never sell it or share it for advertising.
What we collect. Your name, mobile number and email, your bookings, payment references and membership codes. We never see your card details or e-wallet PIN.
Why. Only to run your bookings and check-in, send confirmations and reminders, and prevent misuse of codes.
Who can access it. Only authorized Pickle Square personnel, and only the part they need for your visit (for example, your name and booking at check-in). Staff can never see your password or payment details, and every access is recorded. The companies that run our payments, emails and website process it only to provide those services. Partner stores only see whether your code is valid.
How long. Only as long as needed to run the facility and meet legal requirements.
Photos and videos. We may take photos or videos at the facility, including PlayCam video of the courts and photos for our social media. If you don't want to be photographed or filmed, please tell any staff member. To have a photo or video of you taken down, email us.
Your rights. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Ask at the front desk or email picklesquare002@gmail.com.
