Facility rules
- Check in at the front desk with your code, or buy your membership on the day if you're not counted in the booking.
- Every player signs the waiver form (name and signature) at the front desk before playing.
- Help us protect the court surface. Wear proper sports attire. Court or rubber-soled sports shoes are strongly encouraged (non-marking soles only). Please keep dress shoes with hard soles (like leather) and heels off the courts, since they scratch the surface. Lift equipment instead of sliding it, and bring in only trolleys with soft rubber wheels.
- Only players step onto the courts (plus referees and first aiders during events).
- Bring your own paddles and balls, or rent paddles at the front desk.
- Bookings start and end on the hour. Please leave the court on time for the next group.
- Up to 4 players per cage. Book another cage for more players.
- Outside food and drinks are welcome in the designated eating areas. Please follow CLAYGO (Clean As You Go). If a spill needs extra cleaning, we charge depending on the damage. Food you bring in is your own responsibility, including any stomach upset it may cause.
- Restrooms and showers: please close the faucet after use, flush the toilet, and use the proper urinal. If anything isn't working or needs cleaning, tell any staff right away so we can fix it for the next person.
- No smoking anywhere in the facility, including vapes and e-cigarettes.
- No alcoholic drinks inside the facility.
- No sharp objects or weapons.
- For everyone's safety, staff may refuse entry to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is not fit to play safely, even with a paid booking.
- Children under 12 must be with an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's safety and behavior. Keep them off the courts and away from active play, as flying balls and swinging paddles can hit them. Pickle Square is not liable for injuries to children left unsupervised.
- We're pet friendly. Pets are welcome as long as they are supervised at all times and kept on a leash, carried, or in a stroller. Pets must wear a diaper and are not allowed on tables or chairs. Owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and for any damage or injury it causes.
- Planning to bring speakers, lights or decorations? Check with the front desk first. For anything that plugs in, we may charge for electricity depending on the usage, as determined by the facility. Please don't stick or nail anything to the walls, floors, columns or ceilings.
- Your group is your responsibility. The person who booked looks after everyone who comes with them. If something gets damaged, we charge depending on the damage.
- Respect staff and fellow players. Management may ask anyone to leave for unsafe or rude behavior.
- We may take photos or videos at the facility, including PlayCam, for our social media and promos. Tell any staff if you don't want to be in them, or ask us anytime to take down a photo or video of you.
- Waiver: By booking or entering, you accept the Pickle Square Waiver Policy, including the assumption of risk.
Pickle Square Waiver Policy
Assumption of risk and release
- Pickleball is a physical sport. Playing, training in a cage and moving around the facility carry risks, including slips and falls, collisions with other players, nets, posts or walls, being hit by a ball or paddle, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, heat exhaustion and, in rare cases, serious injury.
- You choose to take these risks. By booking or entering, you confirm you understand the risks of the sport and voluntarily accept them for yourself.
- You are fit to play. You confirm you have no medical condition that makes playing unsafe for you. If you are unsure, ask your doctor before playing. Stop playing if you feel unwell.
- Play safely. Play within your ability, wear non-marking court shoes, warm up, keep hydrated, and follow the facility rules and staff instructions.
- Release. You agree not to hold Pickle Square, its owners and staff responsible for injury or loss that comes from the normal risks of the sport, except where caused by Pickle Square's own negligence.
- First aid. In an emergency, you allow staff to give first aid and call for medical help. Medical costs are your own.
- Minors. A parent or guardian accepts this waiver for players under 18 and must stay with children under 12.
- Personal items. Pickle Square is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Use the lockers.
Booking and refund policy
- Your time is reserved for you. Once paid, the court or cage is held only for you, so bookings, membership fees and paddle rentals are not refundable.
- Can't make it? You can pass your booking to someone else: share your booking reference and membership codes with them.
- Reschedule once. Request it in Manage booking at least 5 days before your booking starts, for any open date in the next 10 days. You can pick any open court or cage of the same type. Our staff check and confirm the change, then you get a message. If the new time costs more, you pay the difference.
- If we have to close a court (power outage, repairs), you can move to another open time for free. If no time works for you, you get a full refund.
- Apply your codes before you pay. Membership and voucher codes can't be added after the booking is paid.
Paddle rental policy
- Paddles are ₱100 each, good for your whole booked session. Pick them up at the front desk and return them before you leave.
- The person who booked agrees to this policy and is responsible for the paddles, including any used by their group.
- Please take care of them while they're with you.
- Lost or damaged paddles are charged at their fair market value, as determined by Pickle Square.
- Paddle rentals are not refundable, except when we close the court and no new time works for you.
